One of the best things about living in the Waikato is asparagus. At our house we can literally walk across the road and grab a hand-picked bunch from the roadside stall. It is so good and it is almost here - delicious!
With asparagus in mind I’m thinking that Sunday Supper’s recipe for Tagliattele with Young Garlic, Asparagus and Mushrooms may have to come into play. Come on spring - I can’t wait.
